1 April 2021 marked the official launch of FIT Real Estate. A future proof company – with roots that go back three decades. Founder and owner Ferdie Verberne benefits from years of experience as managing director and entrepreneur in construction and real estate and consultancy companies. He is an expert in the field of cluster-based collaboration, shared value and cost engineering. Through FIT Real Estate, Verberne is able to effectively adapt and respond to constant changing housing and user wishes. ’Nowadays buildings should combine living, working and leisure. Construction is not only creating – it should unite the requirements of users. It needs to be a perfect match in every sense. And “FIT”, the name of my new enterprise, says it all,’ explains Verberne.
