As a real estate company, our focus is on developing various residential products. We work on studios, apartments, terraced houses and also lifetime-proof apartments. Commercial spaces and utility also fall within our scope. We plan developments in both small villages and large cities, always with the goal of achieving quality improvement.
FIT Real Estate wants to contribute to the development of a healthy and sustainable society. We certainly do not do this alone. We work together with various parties to create these great products, with each stakeholder contributing its own unique technical, financial and/or social expertise. All these parties hold a piece of the puzzle, and as FIT Real Estate we collect and connect the pieces to realize great projects.
We work with a close-knit team on these diverse assignments and are based with our office on the lively Willemstraat in the center of Eindhoven. We also work closely with our sister company FIT Construction to keep the lines between development and execution short and to align the processes as well as possible.
