Management

Management

Short lines of communication and no-nonsense leadership: That is FIT’s DNA. This commitment goes beyond the mere technical issues of realizing new real estate. We put the property owner’s interest at heart. What are his or her specific issues and wishes? How do they achieve best possible investment portfolio? From which specific partnerships can they benefit? And which conflicts of interests should we be aware of in a complex collaborative project?

That is why we divided the management process into various disciplines, which are briefly described in the following sections. Besides, asset management is key at FIT Real Estate.

Construction management

Manufacturability, economic design and state of the art technical solutions: it’s all about construction management and engineering. But also keeping a tight rein on the process, continuously re-evaluating the projects meets during the development process and make sure you do it right in first time is even so important. It all has to fit together. From development to the investor’s portfolio.

Property management

We can also act as a property management partner. We pay close attention to the commercial exploitation of the assets under our management. Naturally, we align technology according the property policy, but manage also in terms of use. We strive to optimize each function of the assets with focus on capacity and utilization. Also managing energy efficiency, adapting to the changing market and dealing with regional differences are part of our responsibilities.

Last but not least, we manage and handle complex joint ventures. As a real estate entrepreneur and property developer you work with wide range of disciplines: it is all about construction, however infrastructure, installation, power building systems and energy are equally important. We explicitly take the lead in complex cluster-based collaborations of this kind – e.g. in the role of interim manager. Managing partnerships is a different cup of tea than running a company. By keeping a close eye on different agenda’s and effectively managing the expectations of all partners, real win-win situations will be realized on an even higher level.
